New Prescriptions

We now have a convenient and easy way for you to order your compounded medication. Simply fill in the form below and send through a photo of your prescription, specifying the way you would like to collect your medication. You will soon be contacted by one of our team members to help you through the rest of the process. If you wish to have your medication express posted to you, we do require the original prescription to be sent to us or alternatively you may drop it off at the pharmacy if able.

We will always do our utmost to ensure your safety, therefore a consultation will be required with one of our pharmacists if we have any further questions.
